
Kelly joined Halogen in October 2007 and has over ten years’ communications experience in both the private and public sectors
Kelly started her PR career at Biss Lancaster Euro RSCG specialising in corporate communications before moving on to various roles in local and regional government. She ran the media and stakeholder relations programme for the 2004 London Mayoral, Assembly and European Parliament elections and went on to manage Camden Council’s communications and consultation for the redevelopment of King’s Cross – one of the largest brownfield development sites in Europe
In 2005, Kelly’s interest in politics and love of travel took her to New Zealand, where she worked in parliament as a Communications Advisor for the Leader of the Opposition
At Halogen she works with a wide range of clients, running corporate communications for retail property industry body BCSC, and planning consultancy Barton Willmore. She also manages trade and consumer PR and marketing for Connaught Village - a high-end retail quarter in central London, and leads B2B media relations for London Designer Outlet – London’s first designer outlet centre
Kelly is a committee member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations’ Construction & Property Group. She graduated from Oxford with a BA in Geography and also has an MA in Contemporary History and Politics
