Following a successful campaign promoting three Chapman Taylor schemes last year – Highcross, Leicester, Cabot Circus in Bristol and Grand Arcade, Cambridge - Halogen has been retained by Chapman Taylor to promote its role as masterplanner and architects of SouthGate, a retail-led, mixed-use development in Bath – a World Heritage Site
Chapman Taylor is a leading international firm of architects, masterplanners and designers. Its masterplan for the £360 million SouthGate scheme comprises 35,000 sq m retail, including a new 11,600 sq m Debenhams department store, as well as leisure and restaurant space and 93 residential units. It is designed around classic Georgian-style open streets and a new square, forming a natural extension to the existing urban grain of Bath city centre
Halogen is working with Chapman Taylor to maximise positive publicity of its involvement in SouthGate and to use it to promote the company as a leader in urban regeneration schemes, and in particular, its skills in creating successful modern commercial space in historically sensitive environments
Kelly Bradshaw, Halogen Account Director, said “We are delighted to be re-appointed by Chapman Taylor to work on SouthGate and are looking forward to promoting the scheme in the run up to the launch of Phase 1 later this year.”
