Halogen appointed on Parkway, Newbury
Halogen has been appointed to handle PR and media relations for Standard Life Investments’ retail-led, mixed use destination in Newbury
Located in the heart of the Berkshire town, the 475,000 sq ft Parkway scheme includes more than 50 new shops and kiosks, a new Debenhams department store, restaurants, cafes and 184 new apartments, as well as a 779-space underground car park. Demolition and site preparation have commenced and the development is scheduled for completion in autumn 2010
Halogen will be handling both trade PR and local community liaison (working with the contractors Costain) during the construction
