Halogen launches Sao Francisco for Casa
Acting on behalf of Casa Group, Halogen recently organised the global launch of São Francisco resort - a €3.5 billion (£2.39 billion) development on the Cape Verdean island of Santiago. The event was held at Sketch, a stunning venue in the heart of London’s Mayfair
The launch was well attended by property developers and investors, finance directors, property advisers and Cape Verdean dignitaries, including the Mayor of Praia - the capital of Cape Verde. Guests enjoyed an evening of Cape Verdean culture and hospitality, with locally influenced cocktails and canapés, a photographic exhibition of life on the island, as well as a live performance by Nancy Vieira, a popular Cape Verdean artist
The overall masterplan and the phase 1 architect drawings were unveiled on the night, as well as a video highlighting the investment potential of Cape Verde and the opportunities available in Sao Francisco, which range from discounted block purchases to investment in major infrastructure, leisure and residential elements
São Francisco - the largest development in Cape Verde - is an exceptional mixed-use development and will eventually deliver 23,000 apartments and villas, 7 hotels, retail and leisure facilities including 2 golf courses and 2 marinas
