Halogen has been working in partnership with landlord Henderson Global Investors at the award-winning scheme in Kent since 2008. We have successfully project managed all consumer communications activity at the centre, including the development of a fresh visual identity, the launch of a high-profile marketing campaign (incorporating TV, radio and press advertising, a revamped customer magazine, a new website and email campaign and a programme of events) and a review of on-site signage
Analysis of recent surveys has demonstrated impressive levels of consumer recall for the campaign – particularly the TV advertising and the new consumer magazine. Halogen and Henderson are now finalising next year’s marketing plan, which will build on the momentum generated by the current campaign
We have also been asked to support leasing activity at Whitefriars with a strategic campaign incorporating media relations and online materials
