Halogen appointed on £50M Kingsgate
Halogen has been appointed to provide strategic communication advice and support on the £50m Kingsgate shopping centre in Dunfermline for Irish owner-developers MIVAN.
Work on a significant extension to the existing shopping centre is already well advanced, with the project due to open in Summer 2008. The extended Kingsgate will be anchored by Debenhams, add over 700 car parking spaces, a new bus station, and double the existing retail offer to 370,000 sq ft
