Halogen to manage developer summit for Hammersmith and Fulham

Halogen has been appointed to manage the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham’s first Developers’ Summit event, taking place on Tuesday 25 September 2007

Hammersmith & Fulham boasts the fourth highest house prices in Britain, but also includes some of the country’s most deprived areas. Following a change in political administration, new policies are emerging to deliver new development – and associated jobs and economic regeneration - across the Borough

The aim of the Summit is to showcase potential renewal opportunities in the Borough and will bring together leading developers, RSLs and their advisers. The programme includes presentations by the Leader of the Borough, Cllr Stephen Greenhalgh, as well as Westfield and Savills

Laura Torrance, Account Director at Halogen, commented:

“Several high profile, multi-million pound schemes are underway in the Borough — including a £76 million social housing refurbishment programme, Westfield London and Landid’s refurbishment of the iconic Ark offices — but there many more prime opportunities for developers in the area and this Summit will start to open up a dialogue in order to bring them to fruition”
