Henderson invests in new brochures

Strategic property communications consultancy Halogen has been working with Henderson Global Investors to raise the profile of its portfolio of property funds. The work focuses around the production of a series of brochures – the first of which is for the UK Shopping Centre Fund, the company’s flagship fund with assets such as The Bullring and Buchanan Galleries

The distinctive 32-page brochure specifically draws out the strengths of the personnel and management behind the fund, and incorporates a sophisticated gold and black that supports the Fund’s market-leading position and high-calibre assets

Halogen managed the entire project for Henderson, taking responsibility for creating and developing the initial concept, briefing photographers and designers, developing the creative style, copywriting, and liaising with specialist printers to achieve the highest quality results
