Halogen helps team to win £450M Kilburn project

Property communications specialist Halogen devised and prepared all bid documentation and presentation materials which helped the victorious Taylor Woodrow, Bellway Homes, Hyde Housing Association and EC Harris team win a major redevelopment project in Kilburn, North West London. Brent Council ratified the decision this week

The 114 acre project will include over 3,100 houses over a 15 year programme with a build cost exceeding £450m. The Kilburn project was a competitive bid put out to tender by Brent Council, with two other heavyweight consortiums also in the running

Halogen devised the ‘Kilburn Together’ theme and brand for the bid, as well providing editorial management of content, pagination and layout of documents. The bid sought to emphasise the clear potential of the neighbourhood and deliver a truly sustainable community development programme

Director Dan Innes, who led the Kilburn team for Halogen, commented “There was a huge level of expertise and flair in this particular bid team. We wanted to capture their collective enthusiasm as an undeniable USP alongside their carefully structured masterplan – and we believe this proved especially important against the highly experienced competition. Everyone at Halogen is absolutely delighted with their win”
