Halogen to Promote Comer Group’s new Belgian Outlet Centre

Leading PR and marketing consultancy Halogen has been retained by top residential and commercial developer Comer Group to promote its first major European property acquisition – the Ardennes Outlet Centre in Verviers, Belgium

Halogen will work alongside newly formed strategic commercial development company Bond Street Brands (BSB), which was launched earlier this year in response to a request from the Comer Group to provide new strategic direction and management for the outlet centre. BSB is headed up by Sarah Royle-Johnson, former Head of Leasing for Berkeley Group responsible for commercial mixed use schemes in the UK including Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth Harbour and leading retail executive Andy Cox

BSB will be responsible for the implementation of the leasing and marketing strategy at the Ardennes Outlet Centre as well as the set up of the management company and future asset management for the new centre which has a potential catchment of 19 million people across five countries. In addition, Comer Group, which has won a reputation for creating outstanding luxury homes around London and South East England, working with BSB, is actively seeking to purchase other retail destinations in mainland Europe
